• Location (GPS & Network Based): Used only to auto-fetch the user’s current location when submitting a complaint. We do not track your location in the background.
• Random OTP Code: The OTP is auto-generated inside the app. It is not sent to any phone number, and no SMS service is used.
• Device Information: Basic device information may be collected for analytics and app stability.

2. Permissions We Use & Why

• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
  To fetch your accurate location for complaint filing and servicer visit support.
• CAMERA
  Used by servicers while solving a complaint to capture and upload proof images.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
  To allow users to upload a profile image.
• INTERNET
  Required for communication between the app and server, submitting complaints, assigning tasks, and notifications.

No other permissions are used beyond those required for the core functionality of the app.

We use your information only for the following purposes:

• Filing and managing complaints
• Fetching user location for complaint and service purposes
• Assigning complaints to servicers
• Verifying admin and servicer login

4. Google Sign-In

We offer secure login using Google Sign-In. Through Google Sign-In, we only access:

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging and local notifications to send:

• Complaint status updates
• Admin assignment notifications

6. Admin Panel & Servicer App

6.1 Admin Panel

The admin can:

• Add new servicers
• View all complaints
• Assign specific complaints to any servicer

Admin data required:

• Name
• Email
• Mobile Number
• Password

6.2 Servicer App

The servicer can:

• View assigned complaints
• Update complaint status
• Upload images using the camera as proof of work

No unnecessary personal data is collected from servicers beyond what is needed for their role.
